Sigh’s Smell of Farewell은 동명의 콕토 트윈즈의 곡을 들으며 고향인 성북동을 걷던 어느 봄밤에 대한 그리움에서 태어난 사진집이다. 지금 이곳에 있는 나와, 눈을 감으면 떠오르는 그 밤의 성북동 사이에 있는 거리와 감정을 담고자 한다.
Sigh’s Smell of Farewell is a photobook that grew out of spring nights spent walking through my hometown of Seongbuk-dong while listening to Cocteau Twins. It tries to hold the distance and the feelings between my life here now and the Seongbuk-dong of those nights, which returns whenever I close my eyes.
바이링구얼은 티모시 멀할(Timothy MulHall)과의 협업으로 만들어진 사진집으로, 두 개의 국적, 두 개의 이름, 두 개의 언어 사이에 존재하는 빈 공간을 포착해내고자 한다.
Bilingual is a photo book created through the collaboration with Timothy Mulhall, and it aims to capture the emptiness between two countries, two names, and two languages.
